If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to L’Elegante we will not be liable for any delay of services. All credit card transactions on this website are processed using eWay. Once your payment has been processed, you will have immediate access to the member area. Membership fees are paid in advance for a full calendar year is not refundable.

- L’Elegante will issue your with lay-by voucher for deposit amount, increasing the value of the lay-by voucher for each payment made
- Your purchase will be held for 30 days
- Beyond 30 days your purchase will no longer be held for you, a 20% administration fee will be incurred and the remaining value of your lay-by voucher may be used to purchase anything in store
- Lay-by purchases may be exchanged only; our usual refund policy does not apply

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
If you purchase the wrong size and would like to exchange it to another size. Please contact during business hours within 2 days of receipt of your purchase as recorded. With TNT or relevant courier.
We will send you an email containing a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on returning the goods. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and the tags are steel in place then the new size will be dispatched. Please note that you will be charged additional delivery fees .if you receive faulty goods we will exchange for you at no additional shipping costs .Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a return Authorisation Number and L’Elegante reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if there is an indication that the product has been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned or damaged in any way.
